This community service activity aimed to improve digital media literacy among MSME actors in Batubantar Village through an educational and participatory approach. The program was conducted at the Cihideung Islamic Center through several stages, including needs identification, material delivery, interactive discussion, demonstrations of digital media use, and participant reflection. The materials focused on understanding social media functions, selecting appropriate platforms, managing product information, communicating with consumers, and utilizing digital media for business marketing. The results indicate that digital literacy should be understood as a strategic capacity that connects technological knowledge with business development needs, rather than merely as an operational skill in using digital devices. The educational process also emphasized the importance of participant involvement in relating the material to their business experiences so that technology adoption becomes more contextual and sustainable. This activity provides practical contributions by strengthening MSME actors’ basic capabilities to use digital media more purposefully, adaptively, and in accordance with local business characteristics. Program sustainability requires independent practice, experience sharing, and simple mentoring so that digital competencies can continue to develop in daily business activities. This model also supports the formation of a community-based digital learning ecosystem in the village.
