Article Processing Charge (APC)

Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening and are deemed eligible for peer review will be subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC).
No fee will be charged if the manuscript does not proceed to the peer-review stage due to failure in the preliminary editorial assessment.

Editorial and Review Process

  • The editorial workflow begins with a format check and similarity screening conducted by the editorial team.

  • Once verified, manuscripts are forwarded to two peer reviewers for a thorough assessment based on:

    • Scientific quality

    • Originality

    • Clarity of presentation

    • Relevance to the journal’s focus and scope

  • The journal adopts a double-blind peer-review system, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.

Decision-Making and Author Communication

Decisions regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection are made based on reviewers’ evaluations and at the editorial board’s discretion.
Authors are encouraged to contact the editorial board for updates or clarification about the status of their manuscript during the review process.
