Abstrak

Studi ini menganalisis aspek kelayakan bisnis dan keberlanjutan dari “Sticky Milk,” sebuah usaha minuman berbasis susu yang dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa di Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang didukung oleh simulasi keuangan, penelitian ini mengkaji lima aspek kelayakan bisnis: pasar, teknis, manajerial, keuangan, dan dampak lingkungan-sosial. Pengamatan lapangan, wawancara, dan laporan penjualan menunjukkan bahwa produk tersebut mendapatkan penerimaan konsumen yang kuat dengan margin keuntungan 13,2% dan perkiraan laba bersih bulanan sebesar IDR 750.000. Tim mahasiswa menunjukkan manajemen yang efisien, catatan keuangan yang transparan, dan proses produksi yang ramah lingkungan dengan menggunakan kemasan daur ulang. Secara sosial, proyek ini meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan, kolaborasi interdisipliner, dan keterlibatan ekonomi lokal di dalam komunitas kampus. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kewirausahaan mahasiswa dapat mengintegrasikan kelayakan ekonomi dengan tanggung jawab ekologis dan sosial, membentuk model skala mikro praktik bisnis hijau dan sirkular. Studi ini mengusulkan pengembangan strategi branding hijau, akuntansi digital, dan kemitraan rantai pasok untuk memastikan keberlanjutan jangka panjang.
