Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai spiritual dapat diintegrasikan secara autentik ke dalam manajemen modern untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif multi-metode yang mencakup studi kasus perbandingan dan analisis dokumen dari perusahaan terkemuka seperti Patagonia, Unilever, dan Mindvalley, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi praktik-praktik kunci kepemimpinan yang berlandaskan spiritual. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang berorientasi nilai secara konsisten melaporkan tingkat keterlibatan karyawan, inovasi, dan kesejahteraan yang lebih tinggi, sebagaimana dikonfirmasi oleh data dari World Economic Forum (2023), Deloitte (2024), dan International Labour Organization (2023). Kepemimpinan spiritual yang berakar pada integritas, kasih sayang, dan keterhubungan muncul sebagai faktor penentu kinerja organisasi yang dapat diukur, bukan sekadar abstraksi filosofis. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi spiritual yang autentik mendorong tata kelola etis, kepercayaan, dan produktivitas berkelanjutan. Studi ini mengusulkan kerangka konseptual yang menempatkan “mistik korporat” sebagai pemimpin yang menyelaraskan kesadaran dengan strategi, memungkinkan organisasi untuk menyelaraskan keuntungan dengan tujuan. Integrasi keunggulan humanis dan manajerial ini menandakan evolusi transformatif dalam paradigma kepemimpinan global.
