Pengaruh Regulasi, Inklusi Keuangan, dan Teknologi Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Keuangan, Risiko Keuangan, dan Ketahanan Keuangan dengan Menggunakan Tata Kelola Keuangan yang Baik sebagai Moderator pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Gedeg, Kabupaten Mojokerto

UMKM di Kecamatan Gedeg menghadapi penurunan jumlah UMKM dan kerentanan finansial, yang memerlukan analisis faktor eksternal, yaitu Regulasi, Inklusi Keuangan, dan Teknologi Keuangan, serta faktor internal, yaitu Perilaku Keuangan dan Risiko Keuangan, yang membentuk Ketahanan Keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh ketiga faktor eksternal tersebut terhadap perilaku keuangan, risiko, dan ketahanan UMKM, serta menganalisis peran mediasi perilaku keuangan dan risiko, serta moderasi Tata Kelola Keuangan yang Baik (GFG). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari 310 UMKM melalui survei sampling purposif dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa regulasi, inklusi, dan fintech memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dan risiko, yang kemudian memediasi pengaruhnya terhadap ketahanan keuangan. Namun, pengaruh langsung regulasi dan inklusi keuangan terhadap ketahanan secara statistik tidak signifikan. Good Financial Governance (GFG) sebagai moderator menunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa praktik tata kelola saja mungkin tidak memperkuat ketahanan tanpa mekanisme manajemen risiko dan perilaku keuangan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara akses keuangan, regulasi yang efektif, literasi keuangan, dan tata kelola yang transparan dalam meningkatkan ketahanan UMKM.
