Abstract

Given that organizational integrity is a critical factor in navigating business competition and ensuring sustainable operations, this study is motivated by the significance of ethical practices, transparency, and accountability in corporate operations, which shape stakeholders’ perceptions of the company as a trustworthy and responsible entity. The study aims to analyze how the implementation of ethical management through internal policies, employee training, internal oversight, ethical leadership, corporate social responsibility programs, and corporate communication influences stakeholder perceptions and organizational reputation. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing secondary data from official company reports, annual reports, and internal and external stakeholder surveys. The findings indicate that companies consistently applying ethical management successfully reduce internal violations, enhance employee compliance, foster positive stakeholder perceptions, and strengthen the company’s reputation as a credible and responsible organization. These results underscore that ethical management strategies are not merely procedural formalities but serve as a fundamental pillar in cultivating long-term, harmonious relationships with stakeholders, enhancing loyalty, and supporting sustainable operations as well as competitive advantage.
