About the Journal

Custodia: Journal of Legal, Political, and Humanistic Inquiry is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal dedicated to promoting interdisciplinary scholarship in the fields of law, political science, and the humanities. Published by CV Scripta Intelektual Mandiri, the journal offers a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and students to publish original research, theoretical studies, and critical analyses that address complex legal, political, and social issues.

Focus and Scope

Custodia accepts articles in both English and Indonesian that demonstrate scholarly rigor, originality, and relevance to current topics in:

Publication Frequency

Custodia is published four times a year in March, June, September, and December.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

Custodia does not charge any article processing or publication fees. All stages of the publication process submission, peer review, editing, and final publication are completely free of charge.
