Mengintegrasikan Nilai-Nilai Manajemen Islam ke dalam Tata Kelola Digital: Menuju Kerangka Kerja Global untuk Manajemen Pendidikan Berkelanjutan

Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi nilai-nilai manajerial Islam ke dalam tata kelola digital sebagai kerangka strategis untuk mencapai pengelolaan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan. Berbasis pada penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana prinsip-prinsip seperti amanah (kepercayaan), ‘adl (keadilan), shura (konsultasi), dan itqan (keunggulan) dapat diimplementasikan dalam sistem manajemen digital lembaga pendidikan Islam. Data diperoleh dari analisis dokumen dan wawancara semi-terstruktur di Indonesia, Malaysia, dan Arab Saudi, didukung oleh laporan resmi dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (2023), UNICEF Indonesia (2021), dan Union Telekomunikasi Internasional (2023). Temuan menunjukkan kesenjangan yang signifikan antara kesiapan digital dan institusionalisasi etika, karena infrastruktur dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia tertinggal dibandingkan dengan adaptabilitas siswa. Kerangka kerja global yang diusulkan menghubungkan kodifikasi nilai, arsitektur teknologi, kemampuan sumber daya manusia, dan pengukuran keberlanjutan untuk menciptakan model tata kelola yang kohesif dan berorientasi nilai. Integrasi dimensi etika dan teknologi memperkuat transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan ketahanan institusional. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa mengintegrasikan etika manajerial Islam ke dalam tata kelola digital esensial untuk mencapai koherensi moral dan keberlanjutan jangka panjang dalam pendidikan Islam global.
