Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy

Inventa: Journal of Science, Technology, and Innovation acknowledges the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in scientific research and academic publishing. Authors are permitted to use AI-assisted tools solely to support the research and manuscript preparation process.

AI tools may be utilized for language editing, grammar improvement, data visualization, coding assistance, figure generation, statistical support, or organizational assistance during manuscript development. However, all scientific interpretations, research findings, conclusions, and ethical responsibilities remain fully under the responsibility of the authors.

Authors must transparently disclose the use of AI technologies within the methodology section, acknowledgments, or a dedicated disclosure statement in the manuscript. The disclosure should clearly explain the AI tool used and the specific purpose of its utilization.

AI systems or generative AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors because they are unable to assume accountability for scientific integrity, originality, and publication ethics.

The editorial team reserves the right to reject manuscripts containing fabricated information, manipulated images, non-transparent AI-generated content, or any material that violates academic and publication ethics standards.
